Lobstermen venture into the North Atlantic and New England waters equipped with gear to catch these creatures which are widely considered a delicacy.
Once they are caught and measured to assure that they are of legal size, the lobstermen sell them to wholesale & retail by the pound.
Lobsters can be prepared in many different ways. They can be steamed, boiled, baked stuffed or cooked on the grill.
